My talk21.com inbox doesn't always accept emails sent or forwarded that contain some pdf attachments. I've checked the spam folder. Is there a setting that I can change to ensure that I receive these messages? It's frustrating the number of senders I have to contact to ask them to resend to a different email address - and that's only when I am expecting an email! No idea how many other emails I have missed... I really don't want to have to change my primary email.

@sue31 If you were to do a Google search on the subject, you’ll find similar problems like yours, including some that have been posted on this forum. It’s just a case of looking.
You can contact BT for technical assistance if required:
I have tried Google and the help chat is no help- it sends me back to the help pages which I've already hunted through! I am looking for some.advice or suggestions about what I can do to solve the issue....
To be blunt, there is nothing you can do.
Actually, there is something the OP can do but they’ve indicated they don’t wish to exercise the nuclear option. They have a back up email option but still want to keep an ISP email address. It’s their choice.
Obviously!!!
Are PDF's that you are not receiving large files. If I remember correctly attachments can not exceed 25Mbps.
There is no setting that you can change on your Talk21 email account.
I presume that you have an Antivirus program working on your device. Have you checked to see if that is blocking the emails that have PDF's attached although if your other email account on the same device can receive PDFs I doubt that will be the cause.
If it is neither of the above you will need to contact the BT Email Team 0330.1234.150 to see if they can give you some assistance.
