Can the BT experts please advise me, and their other customers, how to avoid our contact emails from going into Spam, although we have continuously sent them to our Inboxes?
It is very annoying and inconvenient when we ask the contact to please reply to our email, only to find that they have and it is sitting in our Spam folder.
Perhaps this is a topic that should be escalated to the appropriate department and dealt with as a complaint.

If you have not aleady done it add their email address to your safe senders list.
How to add it to the safe sender list was given in the other thread you have posted on.
