Folks, hope all well, hoping someone can help!
Changed Broadband package which involved cancelling old BT and starting new with EE. My email was briefly downgraded from Standard to Basic, at which point it no longer worked with Outlook on phone/PC.
When EE started I contacted BT Guide who managed to get it upgraded back to Standard, but Outlook still doesn't work.
Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked in your MyBT > Your Products > Email, Manage to see if it has been put back to being a Standard account?
While they should not have changed it is worth checking the settings for Outlook.
Can you access and use webmail using a browser?
There is obviously a problem at BT's end.
This has happened before and it required intervention of the BTMail email team to sort it out.
Call BT again tell them you want this issue looked at by the BT email team. If they won't do that or continue to say there is no problem at their end lodge a complaint.
