PC No 1 cannot receive emails from PC No 2 ....this is one way only and both PCs receive and send everything else OK.

Are they both BT Email accounts? Are you using the BT Email desktop site?

I believe so.
Have been advised elsewhere at great length with no results.
However it is a minor hiccup that doesn't cause a real problem so I am probably leaving things as they are.
