New one - Email cannot be saved/sent

I  am getting problems with email -

1. When changing from inbox to sent I often just get a little circle going round and round

2. More recently, when writing an email I get " The email size is too large ", which is not true ( and there are no '//' or '@' )

3. Tonight I have " Email cannot be saved/sent, there is a problem with the linked URL, please change or remove ". But there is no URL. There is a 5mb MP4 file attached and a 4mb .jpg. I cannot send this email. Please help

No 3 - I  tried to send the same email this morning ( I had kept it in 'draft' ) and it went ok

But it still means that something is wrong
