New one - Email cannot be saved/sent

I  am getting problems with email -

1. When changing from inbox to sent I often just get a little circle going round and round

2. More recently, when writing an email I get " The email size is too large ", which is not true ( and there are no '//' or '@' )

3. Tonight I have " Email cannot be saved/sent, there is a problem with the linked URL, please change or remove ". But there is no URL. There is a 5mb MP4 file attached and a 4mb .jpg. I cannot send this email. Please help

No 3 - I  tried to send the same email this morning ( I had kept it in 'draft' ) and it went ok

But it still means that something is wrong

We have some things to try for various issues here on our support page for email Get support for your services.

If none of those steps help, or fit your issue, I'd recommend speaking to our email team so they can get to the bottom of this.

No 3 resolved itself by the next morning and I was able to send the email.

I did look at your 'Get support for your services.', and none of the long list of error messages seemed to apply

So I thought to wait until/if it happened again before contacting while the error was 'live'

Likewise no 1 and 2
