My 'Sent' emails are only being recorded in the 'Sent' folder after several hours' delay, and sometimes not at all. Is there a way to fix this?

Delays with emails being sent tend to highlight an internet connection issue, has your internet been working without trouble?
However, some other questions that would help- Is this when you're using the email app, or the webmail page? Is it all emails or is it only some emails? Any pattern that you can distinguish to this?
Do you know if the receiver is receiving the emails immediately after sending, or only after it shows in your sent box?
