Why can't I access my BT calendar on my android phone when I can on my laptop?

Welcome to the community.

Just to check, are you using the BT Email app or a third party app to access the emails on your phone? 

Are you able to see the calendar option within the app, without it being synchronised, or is it not showing a calendar option at all?

Thanks for the quick reply. 

There isn't currently an option to use the calendar in the BT Email app, just on webmail online.
