Why am I constantly getting spam emails....predominately from McAffee security ?
I have blocked "Domain, Sender", on every one I receive, but still they are flooding the spam folder.

Is there an unsubscribe link? If you are satisfied that it really is MacAfee, then it should be safe to click that.

If you have not been able to block it it will be a scam do not click on any links.

Yes, I'd agree.
Just to emphasize, unless you are 110% sure it really is McAfee don't click on any links or follow any instructions it gives you.
