Spam

Can anyone explain why group e-mails to people with btinternet addresses are delivered as ‘spam’ with “suspect” added to the title, but those on other networks receive them as normal?

Re: Spam

Well, you identified it yourself…”group e-mails to people with btinternet addresses”.

The use of volume mail to similar addresses may well trigger a filter.  It would appear that BT have just been a bit over zealous on where they set the limit for the trigger.

Re: Spam

Thanks for the advice. I’ll try to work around it by sub-dividing the group into smaller groups (perhaps put all the people with btinternet addresses in the same group so at least the problem will be self-contained).
