Today our talk21.com email address stopped syncing with Outlook. When I checked the emails were arriving into my online talk21.com account but had stopped syncing with Outlook.
Does anyone know whats going on and how I could resolve this? I cannot seem to find the right phone number to call for real help.

Your talk21 email account may now be classed as a BT email basic account which means it can not be used with an email client or email apps and only via webmail.
I do not know if a talk21 email account can be "upgraded" to a BT Premium email account however see link regarding BT email products and the phone number how to order a BT Premium email account.
