Unable to access e-mail account. Instead, pop up boxes appear

Hi all

I'm unable to access my e-mail account. Instead, two boxes pop up, for username and address - then they disappear and pop up again. It is not possible to write in the pop up boxes.

This happens on my desktop PC. It does not happen on my mobile phone.

Have you tried clearing your web browser's history and cookies?

When you do that make sure that you select the option "Clear All Time" if your browser offers that option.

Thanks. It doesn't have Clear All Time but has similar settings, which I have tried. Let's hope it helps !
