Unable to select multiple emails

Hi. I am unable to select multiple emails for deletion despite using the usual method - hold shift, select first email, scroll down, select end of range - for me, this second step doesn't work and simply selects the final email, not all those in between. Does anyone know why this is happening / any fix / alternate approach? I'm accessing email.bt.com using the Chrome browser. Many thanks.

If I remember correctly there is a limit of about a couple of hundred emails using that method so make sure you are selecting less than that. 

If that is not the issue try a different browser to see if it is a browser problem.

OK thanks - will do. It doesn't work with just a handful of emails so maybe it is the browser.
