Using BT Mail on a desktop. When composing an email, I get the message 'We are experiencing difficulties please try later'. It is then impossible to save the work that has been done - I am copying into a word document before closing the draft email and then having to paste it back in..
Has happened occasionally over the last few weeks but this morning it kept happening repeatedly with the same email so a lot of copying/pasting and a simple email has taken a long time.
In future I will compose the email in Word and then paste into the email .but would prefer not to. However is there something that I am missing that would solve the problem? It does not happen when i use a mobile device - I prefer to use my desktop due to accessibility.

Are you using BT Webmail? Have you tried logging out and back in again? It may be worth also restarting your router.
