What does the following mean?
I get that when I click on a short cut to a BT Email account?

Basically it means that your search engine can not find the web page that you are looking for.
It could be a problem at your end such as you may have a stale short cut. Try the "email" button at the top of this page.
It could also mean there is a problem at the BT end which will no doubt be resolved so keep trying.

If you are using a favourited page then I would go to the page from fresh and see if that helps. If not then I would clear your browsing history or change your browser.
If that does not fix it it is likely to be an issue at BTs end
