Unfortunately you cannot access the settings from the BT page as broadband is blanked out (you only have the option to purchase or set up a plan).
What are you referring to?
When you swap from BT to EE on broadband you cannot access email settings via the BT management page.
If you mean getting to the management page of the BTMail account you need to log onto your MyBT using your BTID then go to "Your Products" then "Email, Manage".
If you mean getting to the BTMail account settings you log onto your BTMail account then click on your username at the right hand side then click on "Settings" and that will give you the BTMail email account settings.
I used to access from here, blanked out.
There is no access to BT mail, I want to:
Create new email address
Delete email address
Do you have a BTID?
Are you using that to get into your MyBT ?
When you are logged onto your MyBT are you going to "My Products" then scrolling down the page to "Email Manage"?
If you are doing that what happens?
If you are not doing that, what are you doing?
EDIT: I never saw your post of your MyBT screen print until now. Cancel the above.
Prior to moving to EE did you have an email account? I assume you did by the time you want to delete one but please confirm.
If you do not have the "Email, Manage" section you will need to contact BT 0330.1234.150 and inform them that you were moved over from BT to EE and that your email management has not been transferred with you.
If they say you have to pay that is incorrect. BT need to add BTMail to your "My Products" management page and that is free of charge as part of the transfer process to EE.
It is a BT function and not an EE function to make that happen per chance they try to fob you off as no longer being a BT customer.
I have 5 email addresses, some are disposable (I think you know what's its like out there, ("please supply email address" then you end up with rubbish advertising). So I want to delete and create mor disposable email address.
I will contact BT.
So far nothing, your BT email will carry on as usual. You can still access the BT Email server on line so will be able to administer your addresses, I assume.
Hi @DuxburyD BT may have moved your Email manage page into a second account within your MyBT , marked with your new EE account number, with an 02prefix . When on the "Your products" page, click on your BT account number ^top right, below Email on blue banner.
In my case that drops a box with my 02xxxxxxx ee No. Click on box and my Email manage page opens . This might not work in your case, I have found it very hit and miss, and my friends & family section is missing. I phoned email team on 0808 100 6778: "they will ring me back" ha ha. That was two weeks ago.
