I have been trying to send an email with some files attached for the past few days. I keep getting a message saying that the service is not available. It is essential that I send these files. What can I do?

15MB is quite large for a document, what type of document is it, (ie Word, PDF etc)?
When I used to use BT Mail regularly, ISTR that it had a limit of 20 (?) MB for attachments to a single email. Have you tried sending multiple emails and just attaching one document to each email?
