Secretary of society using Gmail is having all his mail to BT recipients blocked and returned. I am a BT customer and have tried marking as a safe sender but still his mail to me and others is being blocked. Any idea why BT are doing this and how can it be sorted?welcome advice
It's BTs over zealous spam filters.
You could try asking the secretary to use a bulk mail sender such as Mail Chimp rather than using a Gmail address to send the emails.
