I recently cancelled my BT Broadbrand servive and ordered premium email.
But it doesnt appear under "your products" in mybt.com.
When I go to "account info - manage email addresses" I get error message "Warning. Sorry, because of a technical error we're not able to continue at the moment. Please try again later."
How do I confirm my premium email has been properly set-up?

If you can stll send and receive using an email client or email app you will be on Premium but to check for sure call BT 0808 100 6778
