Greetings fellow-users
Over the past month or so I have frequently experienced a pop-up from BT whilst I am keying an email, saying something like "We are currently experiencing problems, please try again later".
Obviously I really want to 'try' now. Is this a common issue, or just local (I'm in Cornwall, near Falmouth).

I'm getting it now - something like 'the service isn't available please try later'. A week ago I couldn't even log in, so I suppose this is an improvement. But the search function doesn't seem to be working on the app.

If you are getting this when you use the BTMail app I would suggest that you uninstall the BTMail app, which in my opinion is a very poor excuse for an email app and install another email app such as BlueMail which is free and far superior.
If you do decide to install BlueMail make sure that you set it up as an IMAP account which will replicate all your folders that are on the BTMail servers.
Even if you do not wish to change your email app you could install it and try it in order to see if you still get the same problem and if you do you can always uninstall it.
