why has my email on my lap top been down for two days what the hell is going on my iPhone can get messages but screen to small to do anything but read email

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

It would be helpful if you could say how you access your email, is it with a web browser or is it by using an email client or email app?

What happens when you try to access your email?

What if anything have you tried to resolve the problem?

I have fibre to my house I go through my bt to access my email account when I try to open my account I get a bt symbol in a square then a bt symbol in a circle and it just repeats between the two.I am a bt account holder

Try clearing your web browser's history and cookies. When you do that make sure that you select the option "Clear All Time" if your browser offers that option.
