I keep getting this message when I click on a certain email it only started last week it’s been ok up till then(THIS FILE CANNOT BE PREVIEWED.THE FILE MIGHT BE PASSWORD PROTECTED OR CORRUPTED) it won’t let me put the password in.

Have same issue, using Chrome browser, just tried with Microsoft Edge and it works ok, so assume it must be a chrome browser issue?
