I run Thunderbird 115.1.0 on Windows 10 and it won't retain a password for a BT internet email address. I am very frustrated. Can anybody suggest a solution other than I use webmail??!!
In T'bird's settings under "Privacy and Security" make sure that you have not ticked the box "Use a Primary Password" and that your account s showing in "Saved Passwords".
