unblock sender

I have exceeded the 6000 blocked sender allowance (because they are coming in to my inbox, rather than spam). The majority of there senders will be now invalid (as the spammers change the sender address so quickly). I would like to either have a higher allowance (PLEASE BT>>>) or be able to unblock them all and start again.

There is no way to mass delete Blocked Senders.

You will need to log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders".

Scroll down the list until you find the ones you want to unblock and select them. Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side.

For future reference using the "Block Sender" is a waste of time because the spammers are not using genuine email addresses.
