user name doesn't automatically remember any more

My user name is my email address and it always used to automatically come in when I went into my email.  It stopped coming in a few weeks ago and I can't find out how to reinstate it.  Any help much appreciated.

That's a function of your browser, not BT email.

You need to get your browser to remember the login details.
