How can I block my dementia suffering relative from dialling 1471 and pressing 3. She's done this 91 times since Friday. I phoned bt and they say the can't  do anything to help.

Hi there @1471, welcome to the BT Community Forums!

I've taken a look into this one, and from what I can see there isn't any means of disabling 1471 and its call back option. 

This is a standardised option as part of your phone service, but depending on the model of phone your relative is using there may be number blocking built in that you can enable. 

I would recommend reaching out to our customer care team, and they'll be able to take a look and ensure we've looked at every option we can here.
