Prior to changing to digital, I was able to have non contact callers announce their name prior to accepting their calls. It seems this is no longer available or can someone suggest how I may set it up. Thank you.

I assume you are a BT phone customer?

You would need to enable caller display on BT Digital Voice, as its not enabled by default.

Hi @jaybeediamond   Change the multi call to single user and then use your old Call Guardian phones connected to the Smart Hub 2. Disconnect your HD phones so the only phones in use are the Call Guardian ones.

Perhaps the quality of the incoming call is distorting the hash key tone?

Have you tried calling your home phone from a mobile, withholding your number so you have to announce yourself? See if that works.
