Its not enabled by default, you have to add the feature yourself via the Manage BT Digital Voice option within MyBT.

Caller display was an optional feature on PSTN, so its the same for DV.

They will try to never involve a Manager trust me. I had such a mess up when I was trying to recontract and was actually lied to (as I found out when I did get to speak with a manager) by one operative having been on a call with him for 1 hour then he cut off when I said ok I'll go ahead. Rang and got a second operative who told me everything he had offered was utter rubbish & not available at all! I asked to speak with a manager & was told they couldn't put me thru to a manager he was busy - I told them as I was a solicitor if I did not get to speak with a Manager I would take the matter much further - suddenly a manager was available - explained all & that I wanted the matter taken further was told it would be, internally, as they actually knew who I had been speaking to - true or not I do not know - nor will I ever know if the promise they would be reprimanded ever happened! Terrible service.
