BT Call Waiting

So, I've got Call Waiting set up on my BT landline and have done since it became available.  In the past week people are ringing me on my mobile phone saying that my landline number sounds engaged but I've not been on the phone.  Have just checked and *43# confirms that Call Waiting is in operation.  Any ideas?  Cheers.

If call waiting is switched on, I'd recommend turning this off and reactivating the feature to see if this helps. You can find more information about this on our All about Call Waiting Help page.

If this continues after trying this, please get in touch with our tech guides, who will be able to look into this further.
