Many thanks for your help, its much appreciated. I have now downloaded a copy of the Essential Digital Home Phone manual so hopefully will stop asking questions on this forum but I now have one or two for the BT TV Box forum. Thank you

I can't find the Accessibility settings. Under 'Menu' I get only 'Call Features', 'Alarm' and 'Settings'. I don't see 'Accessibility'. Am I looking in the wrong place?

@ljhr  It depends on what phone you have, take a look at Message 5 and follow the link.

I have the user guides referred in message 5. The advanced guide says:

'...press Menu. Then scroll down to get to Accessibility'.

But there is no Accessibility, only 'Call Features', 'Alarm' and 'Settings'.

@ljhr  I have Advance Phone and just checked  with no problems. 
Are you sure yours is Advance or Advance with Alexa?

You're right! I have the Essential, not the Advanced. I have mixed up my user guides! Thanks so much.

Hi 

I've just read your post. I have the Essential Digital Voice  BT phone. In the user guide it says you can adjust the colour on the screen but there is no such option in the display settings. Maybe the colour option is only available on the Advance phone?
