BT Verve 500

One of my Verve 500 phones screen has faded.  You can just about see  black lines going up and down. I have replaced the battery but that doesn't seem to have worked. 

How can I rectify the screen or do I have to replace it..

Welcome to this user forum for BT Residential phone and broadband customers.

There should be a BT product support number in the user manual for you to call, but I expect that you would have to replace the whole handset.
