BT digital home calls, sent and received, cut off (drop out) 15 or 20 seconds into the call. Why?

Are you using the BT supplied handsets, or do you have a phone plugged into the Smart Hub 2 or Digital Voice Adapter?

Using 2 BT supplied handsets, one plugged into Smart Hub 2. Using Double master socket, so no need for filters. Internet speed around 48Mb - was around 58Mb prior - some improvement.

Do you still get the disconnections on the phone which is plugged directly into the phone socket on the back of the Smart Hub 2?
