BT paragon 510 and Digital Service

Since going digital through my BT Router my BT Paragon 510, displays the incoming Numbers, but no longer displays the associated names that I entered for the numbers. My other phone a BT Decor 2600 (call blocking phone) works OK showing the names I entered for the numbers. Any suggestions?

Make sure that the numbers stored in the phone, have the full dialling code, and not just a local short number.
