My base station and 2 additional handsets all have an intermittent (engaged) dialling tone. I can make and receive calls. I have DV but it is not the voicemail (noting previous replies to a similar issue I dialled 1571 but have no messages). I’ve re-booted hub and disconnected /reconnected phone but to no avail and been through BT to confirm line is working ok. Any ideas please?
