BT8600 phone with Call Guard - Reviewing and managing of BLOCKED NUMBERS

I want to review all the numbers that I have blocked and maybe unblock some. I have a caller from a mobile that when they phone me, it does not get past Call Guard and they get a message that my landline is busy. The calling number does not show up on the Calls List. I think this may be something to do with Call Guard. I have no recollection of blocking this number. How can I check this?

There does not appear to be a way of removinga block without removing ALL of the Blocks that have been registered.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure you can, my 8500 is the same. I guess the easy way to check is to turn the screening off, ask him to call & see what's displayed. Maybe he has his number withheld by default?
