Digital Voice

Go to solution

A while ago BT informed me that I now had full fibre broadband and I successfully applied Digital Voice.  I have received a letter informing me (quoting my other BT e-mail address) that I will shortly have full fibre broadband and Digital Voice.

Should I attempt to contact BT in case they muck things or is it safe to let it carry on?

If Bt have contacted you then I would now wait for the changeover to DV to happen

Thanks for that.  Digital Voice and Full Fibre broadband has already happened.  BT is proposing to duplicate things.

sorry I didn't read that way in your first post  I would probably give FTTP TEAM a call 08005874787 and make sure nobody tries to install FTTP again
