Sorry, did not really know where to put this. Have BT Halo contract... All working fine yesterday, today Alexa phone (which came when we upgraded) is stuck at 12.15am, which maybe when the BT Broadband went down. We have the EE link of course, so I do have the internet... I say I because I use computers mobiles etc... My husband does not... hates them with a passion and uses the landline... All the phones (we have a large house, I am slightly disabled so a phone on each floor is a MUST) are now inactive, as they were all put through the hub when we upgraded. Is there anything I can do so he can use the phone? Or will he have to wait till the Broadband issue is resolved?

Unfortunately, Digital Voice doesn't work with the EE Hybrid backup so your only option is to use a mobile phone or wait for the repair.

Re: Broadband down, so no phone
Thanks for that, I had a feeling it might be the case. Fingers crossed hubby does not have to wait too long!

Re: Broadband down, so no phone
If you have an FTTC connection, the chances are its going to be a line fault, and this would also have affected the old analogue phone connection, as that would need both wires to work, whereas broadband can still work with only one wire, but at a lower speed.
