Bt premium phone caller record issue

Setting up bt premium phones with a Vodafone router fir my mother. Want to use bt blocking features on the phone including the caller announcement option for unknown numbers.

In testing this using mobile calls to the landline number, and som feedback from others who have attempted to contact her, I receive the message stating htvscreening is used and am asked to record my name.

However, when I do this, it simply continues to ask again, whether I press the # key or just wait.

I have tried calling on 2 different mobiles but the result is the same. It gets no further than repeating the message. As such, it is not possible to get to the point of her receiving a call with the callers voice recording. 

I have these phones myself at home, with a Bt smart hub, and mine works fine.

Any ideas what the issue could be?
