CHANGE TO DIGTAL VOICE

I have just switched to Digital Voice.   I was told my existing BT advanced 090639 phone would still work the same way.   Whilst I can make calls, incoming calls are now screened and have to go through the verification process.   The number of that incoming call does not then show in the recent calls list and just shows as “no number”.    The callers are added as Contacts and would normally come straight through but now don’t.   Anyone else had this issue?   Any suggestions to fix would be welcome.   Thank you

Is your phone connected to the green socket on back of hub or using an adapter?  If connected to green socket then try contacted billing using message now and check if caller id active

Thank you. It did show as being active but allowed me to run through the add on process again at £0.00 cost. I can now see the incoming calls correctly.
