I just had a text call from BT about a package delivery today and that hasn't shown on Call Protect!
I'm surprised others in the community haven't commented on this thread since I started it, Just the 3 of us.
All was looking good until a couple of days ago and the issue has surfaced again
Yes, it is odd - I can't imagine we are the only three BT customers affected! The moderators on the Forum are reporting issues like this to BT but I guess having done that, it's over to the fault repair guys to actually fix the problem. So it's a bit concerning when we receive messages from BT saying the issue is fixed when it clearly isn't. Hopefully they are still 'looking into it'?
Hopefully they are still monitoring these messages! We got complaints logged and official emails from BT didn't we and then they just closed them as being sorted when it's clearly not! It's an easy thing to test as you've only got to ring a number of times to get a no show on the calls received list.
I look over my elderly mothers call protect as she gets a lot of spam, she hasn't had a call from anyone for two days apparently, carrier pigeon I used to speak to her yesterday was as clear as a bell then 🙄
could do without this nonsense at the minute BT as she is poorly and I'm monitoring GP/hospital calls, least I'm not alone in this issue thou
Guru are you still having issues with Call Protect? We all still are!
Just tried to add the last call I had , which was one that didn't show on Call Protect, to my blocked list by using 1571, option 1 and it says it can't be added as it's unrecognised .
