Called ID

I have lost my caller ID on my landline and after several calls with BT it’s still not restored.

my handset is a BT one and relatively new so that’s not the issue.

An engineer came recently and updated my broadband and changed my phone socket in the hall and it has not worked since, very frustrating !

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
