My caller display is working now bt deactivated it when I renewed my contract

Have you spoken to our technical team regarding your caller display not working? It is possible as mentioned by others in the thread that during the change to digital voice the caller display feature has been disabled and if so they should be able to re-enable it for you.

The caller display was deactivated by bt when I renewed my contract, I had to go online and reactivate
This was all sorted out months ago. It was re-enabled by the technical team.
The Caller Display on my phone handset works but the wall mounted BT CD1500 with the much larger screen that I find so helpful does not. Can it be reactivated?
Is it connected to the green socket at the rear of the hub?
The BT CD1500 User Guide states that the "product is intended for connection to analogue public switched telephone networks and private switchboards in the United Kingdom." It's a 25 year old product!
Agreed, but no reason for it not to work if connected to the ATA in the hub.
YES !! Thank you. Connecting the ageing CD 1500 to the green slot at the back of the router works. Wonderful.
