Caller ID no longer working

I've had caller ID working on my BT landline for many years, but the display on my old phones got so bad I never noticed if it was still working.  I've just got a set of BT Premium phones but there is no caller ID showing so it looks like it's no longer active.

Is there some way to get it re-enabled on my landline?

You can try going to MYBT and see if you can activate it from there or alternatively phone CS 03301234150 and they will help you

Thanks, but it's already showing as enabled under My BT. 

Customer Service aren't available now so I'll try them tomorrow.

Trying CS but using the landline tells me to hang-up so they can run tests, and on my mobile, it just gives an automated text.  The Message Us button doesn't work on MyBT either.

How are you supposed to actually speak to someone?

They phoned me back, and hopefully all sorted now - re-enabled caller ID.
