Caller ID no longer working

Hello,

My caller ID is no longer working, having been working fine since I was put on BT digital. I have been on to MyBT and can't see an option to turn it back on. I went to calling features - which made me put in my details - but then only gave options to change what I was paying for - not an operational issue with the phone.

Short rant....it seems BT's main focus is maximising its sales, and coming up with confusing options, that don't allow you to change basic things back to how they were is part of that?

Thanks for any help...

if you phone CS 03301234150 then they will help you get caller ID back on your phone
