Hi I recently changed my contract with BT after being out of contract for a while.
The new contract/order is in progress however I have found that I no longer have caller display on my phone.
I tried calling my landline from my mobile and I get a message on the landline that says unsubscribed, I didn’t ask for this service to stop.
I’ve tried unplugging and resetting to no avail. Any suggestions please?
