Caller display
Hi, I have a BT Advanced Phone Z which can handle caller display and I have caller display enabled on my BT account. The phone does not display incoming callers numbers, can anyone suggest a fix for this please?

Re: Caller display
Good morning @mikec52.
Welcome to the BT Community Forums!
Is it Digital Voice you're using at the moment, or is it still using the traditional copper phone network?

Re: Caller display
Thanks @mikec52, can you please try dialling *#234# from your handset?
This should confirm 100% if you've got this set up on your account.
Has this ever worked for you in the past, too?

Re: Caller display
Thanks for the suggestion Peter, no, I've not tried this before. I've given it a go but sadly all I get is a message advising that caller ID will not be displayed. Checking my BT account shows that caller display is supposedly activated (if I try to add as new the order page tells me that it already in place, if I look under Your products/your landline it shows caller display under Your landline features, however if I click on the manage button for caller display it takes me to the order page which say that it is already active).

Re: Caller display
Thanks for confirming that @mikec52.
Sometimes if the batteries in your handset are running low this can affect Caller Display, so it's worth taking a look at these.
It's worth checking to ensure there aren't any other devices that could be causing interference nearby too.
If you continue to struggle, I'd recommend reaching out to our technical helpdesk, and they'll be able to get your fault logged and make sure we've checked everything at our end too.

Re: Caller display
Hi Peter, batteries are OK and no other live equipment nearby so I'll give the tech guys a try.
Many thanks for your suggestions.
