Hi,
Lost landline 29th December, reported fault, said would be fixed by the 4th Jan, wasn't. Engineer came out said a tree had taken the line down but whenever I check on the fault checker it still says it will be fixed by the 4th Jan.
I've tried phoning BT but get the automated system which doesn't help, I then tried ignoring the options as suggested on a previous post on here which should get me through to a human being, but the system just hung up on me!!
Any suggestions?
