As I have said before I have logged into My BT then Your products manage/landline manage then call protect manage doesn't work. So I tried after login to My BT your security manage/call protect which did work and I was able to access your block list manage and your recent callers manage etc.
So there is obviously something wrong with the My BT website.

Thank you for getting the BT website corrected - the Call Protect can now be accessed through your products/manage/landline/manage/call protect/manage.
You click on the subject line of the PM to open it, whence a reply button becomes available.
