@belnat

you need to pay for the landline connection whether copper or Fibre and that is included in package cost.  do you still have the ability to make and receive calls on your landline phone whether PSTN or DV?  if so you can change to broadband only and may save up to £5pm but you will need to start a new contract

Thanks, appreciated.

It's showing as FTTP in contract until Sept 2023, but unlimited calls at £11pm as not? I'm not using phone so would like to stop. A phone call to BT would be best?

the phone call packages are add-on so have you tried going to MYBT to make the change

if you want to do away with ability to make/receive calls ( broadband only) then you will need to start a new contract and best phone options team 0800800030
