Change over waiting times

I have not been switched over as yet to DV and have not been given any indication as to when this might happen. I have received all the postcards with information stating that it will be very soon and I have an adapter and a new Alexer hand unit but so far I cannot use either until the changeover. Is it normal to be waiting three to four weeks to be given a date? Houses close by were given three to four days.

The change over was put on hold. It is only being rolled to new customers and to those who expressly ask for it.

If you do want it give BT 0800.800.150 and request that you be moved onto Digital Voice
